Firstly, what is Intelligence?
Intelligence is the ability to contemplate, to learn from experience, to solve a problem, and to adapt to a new situation.
So, what is an intelligence quotient?
An intelligence quotient is a total score derived from a set of standardized tests or subtests designed to assess human intelligence. (Wikipedia)
Emotional Quotient (EQ):
Firstly, as pervious, what is Emotion?
An emotion is a feeling such as joy, surprise, happiness, love, amusement, hatred, sadness, fear, anger, and so on, which can be caused by the situation that you are in or the people you are with. A research indicates that there are 27 various kinds of emotions.
And the Emotional Quotient means the ability to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions.
Characteristics of a person with higher intelligence quotient (IQ):
- Having end result personality ( i.e.: what do you want, what would be the end result)
- Sensitive with emotions
- Having strong technical skills
- Having strong perceptual skills

People who have higher intelligence quotient (IQ) they tend to be more technical and perceptual than those who have higher emotional quotient, it means those people who have higher IQ become best as employees rather than being the managers and heads and the people with higher EQ will be more likely become mangers and heads of various organizations as they have a good interpersonal skills. It doesn’t means to discriminate IQ; it simply means the value of EQ in our life.
On other hand, the people with higher IQ can be best suited with entrepreneurial mindsets too as they have higher technical skills and more risk takers than the people who have higher EQ.
